  1. Assign each of the above stressors a "stress rating", 5 = extremely stressful;1 = mildly stressful

  1. List 3-5 ways in which your body lets you know that you are stressed. 

I sweat and my ears turn red.  Irrational thinking.  Hopelessness need to urinate and inability to the make a decision.  Feeling of hopelessness.

  1. What are the 2 months important (and simple) things that you can do every day to help relieve the effects of the stress in your life?
    1. Belly Breath
    2. Take drugs or meditate for 20 minutes
    3. Have time to get organized blow my TV up with a 12 gage!

PART 2

Look back at your list of stressors and see if there are any that you want to change.  Now, praise each stressor, and place each one in one of the boxes below.
